The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us the importance of taking care of our total well-being. It taught us that our mental health is just as important as physical health, and that we should be prepared for the unexpected and that includes having a financial nest egg!
As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, we should continue our assessments and take advantage of the available resources so we can continue to improve.

Wellness is "an active process of becoming aware of and learning to make healthy choices.”
This McMahon Wellness program has been provided to help our employees LEARN better ways to approach, and take responsibility for, their own health practices. These are everyday choices that can help create a better quality of life and keep you healthier all year long so you can use that FTO for FUN!
A wellness program is more than this...
A wellness program is any program implemented by an employer to improve the health of its workforce.
A wellness program can also help individual employees overcome specific health-related issues by providing training, seminars and/or partnering with a third-party provider(s) on a range of programs that could include: nutrition, physical fitness, a quit-smoking program, physiological testing such as cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, and stress management.
