It would be hard to find someone who hasn't heard that the key to good health is exercise. We've all heard it, but are you doing it? Everyone has the potential to some form of exercise. If it's not running, maybe it's walking. If it's not cycling, maybe it's skating.  You need something to get your heart beating, your muscles flexing and your blood flowing. 

This section of the LEARN program will concentrate on providing ideas for way to exercise along with tips and techniques for getting you motivated to start moving and keep moving, even at work ...
