Most of us know when we are choosing foods that are bad for you. Pizza is not a vegetable. But now what? What is good for you? How much do you need of it? What combinations will provide energy during the entire day? Do I have to avoid ALL the bad food? These questions and a million more come up when we start really looking at what we fuel our bodies with. It can be daunting and confusing, but fear not!
